| The Cinque Terre community is located in Fitchburg,
just minutes from downtown Madison,
Wisconsin. This sustainably designed and
environmentally conscious neighborhood will be constructed
of high quality, enduring materials in a
spectacular woodland and wetland
setting. Cinque Terre is made up of distinct building areas, each with their own character based on views and topography. Single family lots are available for dwellings ranging from 1,200 - 3,000 square feet. The neighborhood will be completed in phases with protective covenants guiding design, but giving owners the flexibility to truly customize their home. Preservation in perpetuity of the natural environment that surrounds this community is of the utmost concern. As such, protection of the surrounding 150 acres of woods, springs, prairies, and wetlands will be insured through limited building envelopes and geothermal heating systems. The creation of the Cinque Terre Conservancy, a non-profit organization for the protection and restoration, and maintenance of the nearby wetlands and woods, will be funded through proceeds from each sale to ensure sustainability of the beautiful surrounding environment for the enjoyment of future residents/generations.
